Privacy Policy

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We will never sell your information to anyone.

How We Use Collected Information
Heritage Brazil collects and uses user’s personal information for the following purposes:
To improve customer service – Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
To improve our Site – We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
To process transactions – We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
To send periodic emails – The email address Users provide for order processing will be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If a User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related products or services information, promotions…etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – DATA AND PAYMENTS

Our website is hosted on godaddy.com. Your data is stored through GoDaddy’s data storage, databases and the general GoDaddy application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payments:
We use SQUARE UP, a third-party service, to process credit cards payments from our customers.
Square stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted unless you have opted to keep your payment information on file for future use.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – SECURITY

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
